Right to information Pursuant to the provisions of Law
15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, AROMICS informs you that
the data and documentation that you provide by e-mail will form part of a file
for which Applied Research using OMIC Sciences, S.L., which is duly recorded at
the General Data Protection Register, is responsible.
By sending personal data via e-mail, the sender grants
his express consent to the automated processing of the said data. The user may
revoke his consent at any time by merely notifying AROMICS thereof, but such
revocation cannot be backdated.
Truth of the
The user guarantees that the personal data with which
it provides AROMICS are true and accepts responsibility for informing the Group
of any modification thereto.

loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data with which
you provide AROMICS, without prejudice to informing you that Internet
security measures are not invulnerable.
